Blessed Carlo Acutis Relic, Holy Hour & Veneration

Join us for a Holy Hour and Veneration as we pray with the relic of Blessed Carlo Acutis, and the Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary, when his relic visits Most Precious Blood on Friday, April 25th, at 7 pm in the Parish Life Center.
The Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary will lead us in a Eucharistic Cenacle Hour of Adoration, followed by Veneration of the Relic of Blessed Carlo Acutis, to be canonized this month.
We are invited to participate in the novena to Acutis starting on April 18 and ending on April 27, the date of his canonization. The novena consists of an opening prayer, daily meditations, and the recitation of five Our Fathers, five Hail Marys, and five Glory Be, which are meant to thank God for the graces bestowed upon Acutis during the 15 years of his earthly life.

CATHOLICISM 101: John Donahue presents the Life of Blessed Carlo Acutis and His Exhibit of Eucharistic Miracles from Around the World

Join us on Thursday, April 3rd, at 7 pm in the Parish Life Center for Catholicism 101 with John Donahue, founder, and content creator for Truthcharting. John will be presenting to us about Blessed Carlo Acutis, his life story, and the website that Carlo created, cataloging over 150 Eucharistic Miracles from around the world. Blessed Carlo is the soon to be canonized “Patron Saint of the Internet.” After listening to John’s presentation about Blessed Carlo, you will have the opportunity to visit the Eucharistic Miracles Exhibit based on Carlo’s website, right here at Most Precious Blood!
John works in the film industry and, after having a moving encounter with the Holy Spirit, he is now using his gifts and talents to spread the Gospel online. He is “making YouTube videos. For Jesus!” John is a dynamic and engaging speaker. His special connection to the “digital disciple,” Carlo Acutis, will inspire and encourage you to draw closer to Christ in the Eucharist. We are so excited to have John as our guest speaker!
This event is FREE and OPEN to EVERYONE!
We will have a small gathering after the presentation. To ensure that we have enough snacks for all in attendance, please click below. Thank you.
In case you were not able to attend the presentation by John Donahue last Thursday, here is the recording of the event.
Then, come as we witness a collection of extraordinary events and unexplainable phenomena which serve as signs of the real presence of Christ. This traveling museum-like display features photographs and historical descriptions of Eucharistic miracles recognized by the Catholic Church. The exhibit, which was designed and created by Blessed CARLO ACUTIS.
The exhibit will be available for viewing in the Chapel from April 4th to April 11th, 10 AM to 3 PM daily. It will feature information about 50 of the more than 150 documented Eucharistic miracles from around the world.

The exhibit contains an extensive collection of photographs and historical accounts of these Eucharistic miracles, which have occurred throughout history in various locations around the world.
It aims to educate and inspire people about the reality and significance of the Eucharist, as well as to strengthen faith in the real presence of Christ in the Blessed Sacrament.
The exhibit is the culmination of the work of Blessed Carlo Acutis, an Italian teenager who spent years documenting the many Catholic Church-approved Eucharistic miracles from the eighth century to the present day. Blessed Carlo died from acute leukemia at age 15, but his short life was marked by deep love for the Eucharist, which he called “my highway to heaven.”
This event is FREE and OPEN TO EVERYONE!

The Catholic Church teaches that when bread and wine are consecrated at Mass, they are transformed into the Body and Blood of Christ. Typically, they retain the appearance of bread and wine. The Eucharistic Miracles of the World Exhibit focuses on extraordinary historical instances when bread and wine have been physically changed into human flesh and blood in a manner that scientists have not been able to explain.
